Xiaoli brings 3 years of extensive experience in professional services to her role at SBI Ven Capital, with a focus on the full spectrum of M&A activities—from deal sourcing to post-merger integration. Previously, Xiaoli contributed to the corporate finance and strategy & integration advisory team at KPMG FAS in Tokyo. She was involved in cross-border financial advisory and valuation projects, as well as in developing value creation strategies for PE portfolio companies in transition.

Xiaoli holds a Master’s degree from the Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies at the University of Tokyo, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Accounting from East China Normal University.

Xiaoli is fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese.
